Check the status (solved/Pending) of registered complaints.

Download the patches. (Rectified Deliverables).

Register valuable suggestions to enhance VATIM™ SOLUTIONS.
The complaint will be registered
by specifying the details of the Module, Nature of error etc. On registering a
Service Ticket will be automatically generated which can be used for future
reference.
The ticket generated will intimate
the Indoor Engineer through a mail / SMS and inform him about the complaint
registered.
The history of all his/her
complaints registered with the status and average service times provided by our
executives.
Client can register
suggestion’s/improvements or addition of new features with respect to the VATIM™
SOLUTIONS, which would enhance the feature list of VATIM™ SOLUTION.
Client will be provided a VATIM™
Clinic executable through which he/she can login at www.vahsindia.com and before registering
any complaint, Client can view available all updated versions of the VATIM™
modules. It would also mention the description of rectified problem against
every updated version, so that client may not need to register a complaint but
download a new patch.
By clicking on version number
client can download the patch, which will contain all the required files with
README.TXT.
After successful download, VATIM™
Clinic executables will take care to execute the SQL script (If any) and copy
all the required files to respective PC.
Similarly, before registering any
Suggestion, client can view all the available up-gradation with the features
available so that client may have the same feature available, which he/she is
going to suggest.
