VAHS follows the windows terminal services (Microsoft Technology). With this services any computer could be connected remotely to the VAHS server and would be just as if any customer service executive is sitting on the server at the site. 

Connectivity to the server is done only after the client provides requisite permission to VAHS executive and he is able to access only those files, which are related to the software.
