can be discussed in person . But the minimum configuration for an
Server would be any latest server available and nodes would be PIII,
512 MB RAM.

is the methodology used for remote servicing? |

VAHS follows the windows terminal
services (Microsoft Technology). With this services any computer
could be connected remotely to the VAHS server and would be just
as if any customer service executive is sitting on the server at
the site.

is done only after the client provides requisite permission to VAHS
executive and he is able to access only those files which are related
